and has a wealth of experience. As we offer full legal services if
you are using equity release to finance a divorce, extend a lease
or purchase a property, then we are able to advise and assist on
all aspects, avoiding the need to deal with a number of
firms.
Ashfords has five offices in the South West and London. Clients
are able to visit any of our offices for signatures to be witnessed
and to talk through, and be advised on, the equity release scheme.
If you are unable to attend the office, we have a national network
of locum solicitors who can witness signatures.
We set out our costs, which are fixed, at the outset and if you do
not proceed then we do not send you a bill for our fees.
Our role in the process is to advise you on the legal implications
of taking out equity release and to make the whole process a smooth
one.

Society's Lexcel quality standard in July 2007.
